Dear Warren and Susan,
A few weeks ago I called up to get a battery cover for our Dog's new zapper unit. Both of you were out of town and I was in a pinch because Faye and I were also leaving town the next morning. Well, just to let you know, Julie went way out of her way to help us and drove up from Provo to Heber just to get me a battery cover. I can't tell you how much I appreciate her assistance as it really got us out of a jam. Please let her know how grateful we are.
